It's a Glee week.

OK, here are the new entries this week for the billboard Hot 100 charts.

In at 100, is Water by Brad Paisley from his album American Saturday Night. If you’re a Country fan, you’re not going to hear anything new and exciting, but you are going to get a great beat and Country sound. It’s an enjoyable song, and I predict this will get far on the Country charts. On the Hot 100, I’m not sure if this will break the top 50.

At 92, it’s Crazy Town by Jason Aldean, from the album Wide Open. There’s something about Country songs that have in general said, very unoriginal, but a good song. I like this one, it’s got a good kick to it, and it’s a little catchy too. Again, I don’t think it’ll pass the 50, but it’ll get pretty close.

Getting in there at 66, we have the cast of Glee covering the Doors classic Hello, I Love You. I’m not a big fan of cover versions, and this is far from great. The performance is a little dull, in my opinion. I predict a peak at 40 at best.

At 49, it’s the Glee cast again. This time they’re covering the Beatle’s Hello Goodbye. Compared to their other new entry, this performance is much, much better. It’s a far cry from the Beatles, but this is enjoyable to listen to. This’ll get somewhere in the 20’s.

Shooting into 35, and my favorite for the week, Glee, again. This time, the Lionel Richie song, Hello. I remember when I was a kid, this song was at No.1 for ever. It’s a nice attempt here. The vocals and harmonies sound good, and it’s a moving duet. This will go far. I’m going to say top 10.

At 32, surprise, surprise it’s Glee again. They’re covering All-American rejects Gives You Hell. The original was a good song, but I’m not too sure about this version. In my opinion it doesn’t deserve such a high entry. I’m guessing next week this will drop.

At 23, it’s not Glee, but Christina Aguilera. Well, it’s a bouncy song, but she’s had better. I think she’s become one of those artists that if the song is decent, which this one is, it will do well in the charts. I’m saying top 10.

This week’s highest entry, 12, is Airlplanes by B.O.B and Hayley Williams (of Paramore). It’s a little monotonic, but it’s a hit and it’ll stay high for a while. You’re drawn in right from the start.
